I don’t know about the Rubik’s cube, but I think I got this thanks to all the advice (and pic) I received! Thanks.

Speaking of traveler (traveller?), I noticed the boat points quite well to the wind with the main sheeted in / traveler to windward. Actually, the main looks good but the jib (115, I believe) is luffing earlier than the main. Do you have the same experience?

Alex, It's somewhat of a Rubik's Cube. I'd suggest unpinning the ends and
remove the Main Sheet blocks from the traveler. Twist and rotate the
traveler bar until the lines are not twisted around the bar. They should all
hang free. The jam cleats will be on top when you re-attach to the main
sheet and boom.
