I have been silent for a long time, and have done a lot of sailing during this time. 
Thanks to Stan and those of you who guided me in my consideration and purchase of my 1985, refurbished with new boat guarantee in 2008.
The boat is now for sale.  It's listed on eBay and Craigslist in Portland, OR.
Please direct any Northwest potential buyers my way.
