[Rhodes22-list] lowering mast

See the attachments for a mast lowering checklist that I compiled using
information from past threads on the forum as well info from GB manuals. 
Feel free to download, improve upon this and upload a better version.  I
just lowered the mast last Saturday without any issues.  The mast hoist
system is very helpful.  Good luck!
