[Rhodes22-list] The Website and The List

I am not a techie, but absolutely see the need to revamp the class’s online
presence and want to help as I can.   

Lacking a commodore I’m not sure how we should get the project off the
ground.   If we want to use da list as a quorum that is cool,    Otherwise
somebody has to run with it and the rest have to keep quiet if we don’t
approve.
