Rob,

I meant to mention that aspect, but forgot.  Everything I’ve done is hand-coded HTML and CSS.  No web development software was used other than a text editor.  As a developer, I think this approach gives me the best control over the end product.  If the coding is done with some care, I think it also produces a website that’s easier to maintain than some other approaches.
