[Rhodes22-list] Help with motor mount

HI Mitch 
Wow -that’s a whole different thing. 
It looks like hybrid between Carys and mine. 
It looks like 1/4 stock over the 1/8” u channel, or ??? 
Can you define the assembly for me?
