Peter,

*C*ontent *M*anagement *S*ystem.  Wordpress is the most popular in that it
is free and lots of people know how to use it.  You can probably port what
you have into WP in a couple hours with screen formatting all automatic,
the site will have a better Google reputation that you can easily influence
(now it is very difficult to find) and you can be confident your legacy
will be passed onto the next guy.
