[Rhodes22-list] Converting Electric Winch Motor Lift to a Manual System

Hmm, I don't know about the seat belts, but I can confirm that the winch
strap that I used as a replacement on my trailer had a loop sewn in.  The
one I got for my trailer was $20, with a working load of 3300 lbs... more
than enough to handle the tension of a 100 lb motor.  Given the flurry of
activity on this list, I'm sure everyone would like to hear how your
