Alex,
 I think it might have been the trunk of the old buzzard tree. There was a
dead tree that the buzzards came to in the evening. Last time we were at
the lake, my wife pointed out the buzzards were landing on a dead tree on
the other side of the lake. I looked for the old tree and I couldn't see
it , but it was about where my boat got hung up. I didn't help the
situation by rocking the boat back and forth.
