Stan has some locks at the plant try him first. If not get Solid brass pin tumbler like the original keep lubed.

Same thing happened to mine a few years ago. I gathered up the pieces and took them to my local locksmith. He went in the back and came out with one that works (sorry - don't have the name of the product). Have been using it with no issues ever since.

My poptop slider  plunge lock failed last year and after some searching I found one from Global Industries that was an exact replacement.  Unfortunately, it was paired with very poor keys that bent and failed almost immediately.  I was hoping to replace the lock using the existing holes but that may not be possible.  In any event, can someone recommend a source for a replacement?  Thanks
