[Rhodes22-list] Swing Keel Problem

Graham et al, here are some shots of the diamond board out of its trunk
from when I replaced the control line several years ago before I put my
boat into the mussel-infested Mississippi. I never measured the exact width
of the trunk but I'm wondering how you painted yours. Do the skinny 6"
rollers fit? What did you use for the hinge pin slots? Thanks for any ideas.
