Graham,

I don’t think they sell just the “little white wheels” that run on the 1” OD tubing; but, Rig-Rite, Inc will sell you an entire traveler car assembly:

The part number implies this is a Nicro-Fico traveler car.  But, I don’t find it for sale at any other Nicro-Fico vender’s website.
Have you tried cleaning and lubricating your present traveler car?   My traveler car can be disassembled for cleaning.

Another tip that will make the traveler car run free is to wash the traveler control lines on warm permanent press cycle, with Ivory soap and Downey fabric softener, and then tumble dry.  The control lines should have a nice “soft”, not stiff, feel to them.  The jam cleats will also bite into them more effectively and be less likely to slip.
