[Rhodes22-list] Detail fail?

It's ongoing and unfolding.

I don't think it's down through/to gelcoat/cover layer.

It does need sanding/soda...  I think soda might be overkill, but faster
than sanding.

They one shop says they know the storage folks well, but it's been silence
since I suggested it needs to be refinished.

I can't even get new pictures at the moment as they are so busy storing at
the end of the season...

I'd like a clear direction on refinishing the bottom, need to search
archives I guess.

Any other thoughts?
