[Rhodes22-list] Speed monitoring

I have used "boatspeed" for the last 1,000 nm on Enosis this summer and it
works fine.  There is a bit of mental interpolation as you get a slightly
different speed every couple of seconds.  But it has been spot on for
planning and sail adjustments.
