[Rhodes22-list] Zephyr - Fall 2021 / Spring 2022 projects

As I dig a little deeper, it appears that it may be best to go to the
outboard to a small starter AGM starter battery first.  I have some more
digging to do on this so I'll let you know what I settle on.
