[Rhodes22-list] Spreader bolt / washer - pop top slider pin

It is a single long hex head and single nylock nut. There is a fixed furle
(sp) in the mast. Not sure how it is fixed or how well so be careful. The
furle takes the compression force of the tightened bolt so you don’t deform
and weaken the hollow mast at that point.
