[Rhodes22-list] Pop too hard enclosure

I store my homemade cockpit filler planks vertically on the port side
behind the cockpit bench against the hull, and butting up against
the cabin.  I added some mounts to keep everything in place and it seems to
work well.  They are out of the way and it allows for more storage
containers since there's still plenty of room right under the bench.  Since
I took these photos, I've added some thin HDPE pieces along the bottom to
keep the wood off the cockpit sole and let water drain.  See attachment for
the setup.  Perhaps Chris is referring to a similar setup.  I don't use the
cockpit filler planks often so it's not a big deal to dig them out
occasionally, but I wouldn't want to have to do that for every sail and it
sounds like you might use your enclosure frequently.
