It's not uncommon and the screws are meant to pull out like this so a 
mishap doesn't damage the cabin top. The stays are what keeps the mast 
upright. the tabernacle basically stabilizes it.

There's lots in the archives. Basically you fill the holes, make sure 
it's waterproof, redrill, reset the screws and you're done.
