 Fellow Rhodies,

This revival of the list reminds me that I never got around to leaving it.  Sadly, we sold our boat last August, and I think my sailing days are past me at this point.  I’ve enjoyed keeping up with all you folks and being able to ask questions occasionally and get helpful answers — and I was lucky enough even to visit with Stan a few years ago in Edenton and pose a question to the master himself (which he eventually got around to answering, after a long but interesting detour to tell me some of his life story).  What a great guy.  The Rhodes manual is the best example of humorous instructional writing that I’ve ever seen.

I think I’ve figured out how to go to the admin page and unsubscribe, so I’ll do that soon.  You all are a helpful community, and I’m grateful to have found Da List.

Fair winds and following seas to all,

Frank
