[Rhodes22-list] Mast raising winch issues

Thanks Peter,

My issue was with lowering the mast.

Thankfully raising has gone just fine. I intend to unwind the whole winch
rope with tension on the line as has been suggested by helpful folks on
this list. I will let you know in the fall if I have any issues.
