Subject: [Rhodes22-list] Last call for my Rhodes 22 - $1700

I am making one last effort to sell my Rhodes 22 to someone who will
continue to use it. It's a 1978 model but it's been well cared for and in
great shape inside and out. I hauled it out of its slip last Friday after
using it all summer. It is currently at Maryland Marina in Essex,
Maryland. I am selling it because, at 81, I am ready to move on to
something easier to use on the water. And, my wife and sailing partner has
much less time to sail with me now that she has taken a new full-time job.

I have all the paperwork and titles for the boat and trailer.

I am asking $1700 for the boat and trailer without the motor. Let me know
in the next day or so since I will be moving ahead with the donation if I
don't hear from anyone.
