Hello Fellow Rhodes22 Owners:

I am reluctantly selling my 1978 Rhodes22. Some features of this Rhodes:

* New Precision Sail Genoa - Bought in 2024
* New ProFurl jib furling system - installed in 2024
* New stainless steel bow pulpit and stern rail to replace the old aluminum
railings from the original construction. 2023
* New mainsail cover - 2025
* Newly covered cockpit cushions - 2022
* All wiring replaced - 2022
* New Garmin GPS system - 2021
* VHF Marine radio installed - 2022
* New windex and mastlight - 2026
* All original lights replaced with LED lights 2021
* Solar panel for maintaining battery
* Like new 9.9 HP Yamaha Electric start 4 stroke motor - 2017 with less
than 50 hours
* New tires and wheels on trailer - 2021 Less than 200 miles on both.
* Bimini top (not currently installed)
* Two seats to be mounted at stern (not currently installed)
* Custom-made canvas cover for winter storage

I am asking $4900.

The boat is currently in a slip at Maryland Marina in Middle River outside
of Baltimore. It is in great shape for a 50 year-old boat. Please
