It a little more complicated then that, And frankly I am trying to stay out of the middle on this one(notice me ducking most of

Like I said before "Maybe we can get him to rethink it by coming up with some way of
positioning it or so he sees the value in it for him"

my two idea are 1-900-ASK-STAN and

"Stan telephone support contacts" for a yearly fee you get upto 4 hours of stan telaphone time.
