[Rhodes22-list] Help! My tongue is stuck!

Walter,

Riks's right - it depends on the ramp. The one at our state park is not very
steep - we have to use the extension to get the boat in enough water to get
it off the trailer. Other ramps we've used are steep enough that we don't
need to use the extension at all. Knock on wood, we've never had a problem
with our extension - we thoroughly rinse the entire trailer with fresh water
(including extension and extension tube) immediately after salt water
immersion, keep it greased and store it over the winter in tow position.
