Clinton is tax and spend.  The only thing the guy
should get credit for is if he can keep him pants up
during any one particlar day.  He probably told the
companies to move thier money offshore. Look into
Clinton record, if you really had or if you actually
know anything about Clinton, you would be counting
your blessing that he and/or Gore are not in office
now.  

If you check history, you would know that the process
of the last 10 year was due to the Ragan & Bush Sr.
terms of office.  Clinton didn't have anything to do
with it.
