[Rhodes22-list] thunderstorms vs. hurricanes

Yes, but as storms go, this one is just a big, bad thunderstorm....unless
you are out in the gulf with the 20 foot waves....I'm not saying there won't
be damage, just nothing like a "real" storm...most businesses are open and
some are even planning to be open tomorrow...plans were to close the
floodgates last night...I don't know if they did or not...it looks like east
of us will get more rain from this...it is really better to be on the left
side of any storm and that is where we appear to be...I am really feeling
like we dodged yet another bullet....and the other storms seem to be
diminishing as well...so, all in all, I think I will get some more bottled
water and end my storm prep with that....might even pick up some ice
cream....now that is confidence for you!....
