	You may have a problem.  The Title should match the hull #.
ONEXTMA073 belongs to a company in Tennessee, ONE ON ONE INNOVATIVE PROD
CO 824 ROCK RD MEMPHIS TN.  See:

while XDMA01740773 belongs to:  ONE DESIGN MARINE INC 3100 HWY 37 E TOMS
RIVER NJ.

I don't know if Tennessee has become a title state, Wally could answer
that question, but in the past, Tennessee was not a title state and was
a state that you established ownership with a bill of sale or similar
document.  The you could take the boat to a different state to apply for
a new title.  Until the federal identification numbers came along,
Tennessee was used by crooks to create a new title to a stolen car or
boat or airplane.

You might just have some fun with this situation.

ONEXTMA073  
but the plate on the hull  is       XDMA01740773   One design marine   
Lakewood NJ              What do you think?
