I am not going to be much use, I run my own servers :-), as a general rule you use the outgoing email server of your ISP, BTW 15
minutes is the default batching time of sendmail, bet your average delay is 7.5 minutes. believe it or not, smaller is better, less
traffic they are managing but their is a problem that they like to go out of business. Have you tried cable yet?

    It appears that the worldnet account I currently use will be closing, and will be lacking a sufficient email service. I use rcn
as an internet service provider, but their email service stinks, for lack of better terms. It lacks the immediate sending and
receiving, kind of like aol it tends to take 10/15 minutes to send an email and have it bounce back from the server. So if anyone
has reccomendations of a provider please let me know. Thanks. Will Barry
