I looked at this one, check out http://www.forespar.com/catalog/galley/galley.htm, the matching tea pot and coffee maker are really
handy,

The down side,
1)small, hard to make a "real" meal, it cooking for one maybe 2.
2)can not overload, it tips over
3)where to mount???.

Up side, it real works, alot of the "around the world alone" use them.
cheap and a nice unit, good fit and finish, you will not wear the food in a wake.
