Jim,
We have the CDI furler and are very happy with it. Originally we had some
concerns that it would be more difficult to deal with since we trailer the
boat frequently. We've not found that to be the case, we just use a piece of
PVC pipe to support the end that hangs over the bow when it's on the trailer
and it's been fine. We've had no issues with its functionality under sail or
rigging.
