There always is another side to the story, but the facts are that Mr.
Montgomery won in court and is due his money. The guy paid for a new
boat up front and never received the boat. It's been more than ten years
so I suspect that he will never see his money. If I were him, I would
not only keep up the web site, but do everything within legal limits to
discourage others from doing business with them.....as he is. And, if it
were me.................remember, I'm a Vietanam Vet that can't always
be held accountable for my actions. :)
