Lloyd,

Thanks.  That's what I thought but I wasn't sure.  My dad used the GI bill
at the U of ND, his home state.  What happed to it?  When/how did it end?
Was it just for the veterans of WWII and Korea?  It strikes me as a pretty
good idea and I wonder why more people don't bring it up today.
