     Sounds like a great thing to do.  Make sure you take an electronic
camera, laptop, and satellite dish so you can send daily
reports......like:

   Aren't ASA 103 and 104 Coastal Cruising and Bareboat Charter
   Certification?

   If so, are you sure it's an offshore class and not coastal cruising.
