I s this something that you can do yourself?  Does it require application
each season if the boat is kept in the water?
What type of prep is required?  Power spray?  Sanding?

   For some reason I was having trouble replying directly to you.

   The barrier coat was the Interlux InterProtect 2 part epoxy coating.
   The anti-fouling is the Interlux  CSC Plus with Biolux.
