[Rhodes22-list] Securing Outboard Motor to Boat

I don't have the GB lift. My outboard is attached via clamps as well. When I 
lean back to fire up the motor I always give them a quick check. I also have 
a line that goes runs from the lift thru motor handle  to stern cleat just 
in case .....

I added the line after a guy at my marina lost a motor.
