Ed,
Actually the attachment is below and will still work. Scroll down the
attachment is at the bottom (almost). I will repaste below -

Try pasting into browser direct. The file will not open in your browser; you
should get an option to open or download. Take your pick here. Then open
file. If you have not associated a viewer for this file type you will be
prompted to select what app you want to open file. Select Image Viewer
(Kodak viewer in all windows OS). It will open fine. I just opened again
today and was able to view.
