Michael,
        Point out that a chief or lead group member would handle the
project getting input and participation from the associate editors.
	  Point out in today's' market input from a lady sailors
perspective might be big selling point.... negotiate.

well, the problem is he does not want a group, I tried pitching that but
he did not want it, now I could tell him I am doing it and
do it with a group of 200 goats writers ;-) or just submit who every
wants to do it, so far Marylou and Saroj (did I miss anyone?)
