[Rhodes22-list] Boat Sale (not boat sail)

Wally,

Headed for Florida.  The new owner is driving up in
two weeks.  He and his wife are staying with us for
the night, I get in from a trip the next morning, and
then they and the boat are gone.  Hopefully for them
they will have enough time to get some REAL Chinese
food from Fan.
