Mast Raising

*	Remove Genoa from mast and boom
*	Move mast aft to step, guide Genoa back, insert bolt in foot of mast
*	Connect top back stays to their chain plates, watch rails
*	Connect lower back stays to the mast hoist
*	Insert chain into lower forward stays, connect to chain plates
*	(keep stays almost tight in mast down position)
*	Connect top forward stays to their chain plates
*	Connect loop on mast hoist to bow docking cleat
*	Raise mast, watch for stay snags, guide Genoa forward
*	Connect Genoa to chain plate
*	Remove stays from hoist, connect to chain plates
*	Remove chain, connect stays to chain plates
*	Connect Pop-top to slider on mast
*	Remove hoist and mast support from transom
Mast Lowering

*	Install mast support on transom
*	Disconnect Pop-top from slider on mast, move it up the mast
*	Close the sliding hatch
*	Install hoist, connecting loop to bow docking cleat
*	Connect lower back stays to the mast hoist
*	Insert chain into lower forward stays, connect to chain plates
*	Release the back stay tensioner, remove boom block and traveler bar
*	Raise boom to mast, cleat off
*	Snug up hoist
*	Disconnect Genoa from chain plate, guide toward mast
*	Lower mast, don't let lower forward stays/chain get too tight
*	Wrap excess topping lift line around mast, boom and Genoa
*	Disconnect all stays
*	Remove bolt from mast base
*	Move mast and Genoa forward over the bow pulpit
*	Remove hoist
