[Rhodes22-list] some info and query

Cowan Lake is around Cincinnati, about 15 minutes north of I-275 on I-71.  It is really too small for the Rhodes, and is mostly sailed by daysailers, but I thought it would be a good lake to learn to sail in.  It has a 10hp limit, which keeps it too fisherman and sailors.
