[Rhodes22-list] Through-hulls leaking from the trailer?

They do use 5200 on the thru-hulls, because they said it is "permanent" and 
"indestructible" according to them.  My biggest concern is that these 
thru-hulls are both less than 2 years old.  The marina rebedded them 1.5 
years ago with 5200.  Can't understand why they are leaking already?
