First of all, it was Kennedy, not Johnson that made the pledge of American 
support to Vietnam. As for building things, there are to many to name, but 
include roads, schools water systems, electrical generation plants, ports and 
airports. We left a lot of good behind in Vietnam. Not everything we did was 
destructive. My point to compare Iraq and Vietnam is simple.....it's easier to get 
in than it will be to get out.
