Mark, Ed,

Why not encourage more R22 racing and get the data?  The Edenton Bay
Challenge is not just for Windmills

and is coming August 7-8, 2004.  I know those folks would welcome more
boats.  Perhaps the R22s (who are not on this list) that Ed mentioned would
participate too.
