[Rhodes22-list] I got a dilemma people

I'm up for keeping the sites up to date. I like the idea of a common
homepage with separate links pointing people in the right direction. And
with the index on the left margin it's fairly easy to jump back and forth.
Keep the layouts to the same format as well. And as for the 'friends' page,
as an entire community the page could probably stay common to both the 22
and the 26.
