Vic,

Congrats on the "new" boat!!!

How the heck could anybody complain about a great looking boat like that 
sitting out in front of your house??? Seems like that would enhance 
everybody's property value. :-)

Oh well, it's good that your marina is stepping up to the plate for you even 
if your neighbors won't.
