[Rhodes22-list] Sailing in Chicago

I had a couple of beautiful sails this week in Chicago.  We went 
for an evening sail last Wednesday.  Beautiful weather, mid 70's 
E winds 5-15 shifting Southeast.  Left work a bit early and we 
were on the boat around 6:30.  We were surprised to see a 
three masted tall ship anchored off Navy Pier.  Evidently it is 
a replica of The Bounty, in the city for Venician Night (tonight).

Venician Night was even prettier - I had a short sail in SW winds 
in the afternoon and then back to the mooring for the boat parade 
and fireworks.  I haven't got the hang of taking pictures of 
fireworks with the digital camera but I am enclosing some 
pictures of this weeks sailing.
