I know where it is, I am NOT blonde. I have an '83 will amd will check
accuracy after the 12 hour day work week.

That big long IDentification number you included is, I think, Rummy's doing.
The HIN (Hull Identification Number) is the number that appears on 'Da List'
in the fourth line on the left, in your case the line under the Boat Name:
Anima.  The HIN begins with GBX followed by a series of maybe nine numbers,
perhaps including a letter and ending with the last two digits in the
production year.  The format was changed by law in the mid-80s.  It can be
found mounted on, or engraved in, the starboard top of the transom of most
vessels or, easier yet, on your title or registration document.
