Bob, thanks for the invite to S.L. for instructions. We love to travel.
After winter layoff one of the things I would like to do is get some
training from someone like yourself.  I will go to Berkely, Oakland area
where there are professionals who do this.
  Last week I was chalanged to start asking questions. Well here is one; how
