2)littel to fail.
3)sails match it
4)no ball barrings, but not NEEDED in that size.
5)current sailes match it.
6)included with the prices of the boat.
7)must drop the mast to change sails and changing sails is not toolsless

CDI.
1)Simple
2)can change sails at the dock, as in a 110% on windy days.
3)ball brearing make it a bit smother
5)need to recut sail or get new ones.
6)a little better sail shape and can tension the luff
7)new sail equal a luff pad on the 130+ sizes, better reefing
8)seem always on sail so prices are not that bad compried to others.

my option, use up the sails on the old system, when ready to replace get the CDI(OTOH i paid up for the harken)
