[Rhodes22-list] Punta Gorda Condo's

Vic and Connie: Kathy and I looked around while we were working on the
boat. Sure enough new condo are $220+ on the water, plus a dock. I looked
at a very nice one with a basic price of $235 with a single car garage. The
docks were in the $35K range and were being sold on a first come first
served basis. The 235 price was basic and the sales staff told me to plan
on 250 to 260 for some bells and whistles.

It is a nice area. You can do better by coming down yourself and looking
around at some of the older re-sells. They may not be as nice but the price
will be in the 150+ range. Cheaper if off the water. Prices are not likely
to go down as the popularity of the area seems to be going up in leaps.
